TRUE FACTS OF SMOKING

Do you know that that a stick of cigarette contains more than 4000 chemical compounds and about 400 toxic substances. When inhaled, the stick of cigarette burns at 700 degrees centigrade at the tip and around 60 degrees centigrade in the core. This heat will then break down the tobacco to provide various toxins.
The most damaging contents in a cigarette includes:
. Nicotine which is the substance responsible for the smoking addiction;
. Carbon monoxide which reduces oxygen in the body.
The other contents are gaseous components.

Smoking causes deadly diseases like:
. Cardiovascular disease which is a common disease among smokers;
. Cancer consisting of cancer of the lungs, mouth, throat, bladder, oesophagus, kidneys, pancrease and cervix;
. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) which is a group of condition that block airflow and makes breathing difficult.

There are also other effects caused by smoking:
. increasing of blood pressure leading to hypertension, heart attack and stroke;
. infertility problems;
. asthma;
. loss of eyesight;
. risk of cataracts;
. teeth and gum stains, bad breath, and swelling of the gum
. making skin paler and wrinkled due to reduction of blood in skin and low level of vitamin A.

Emmy, a young man was lured into the habit as a teenager by his peers. He has gotten so addicted to smoking that he could not do without it for hours. He started experiencing the harmful symptoms of smoking and was warned by his doctor to quit the habit which he found difficult to do. His doctor tried to help him out by introducing him to the Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) but that was to no avail. His ailment came to an end when a friend introduced him to this particular solution that reduced his desire to smoke. For the past two years now, Emmy has never smoked a stick and he said he no longer feels like smoking again neither does he feel the any smoking harmful effects too. That is it. You want to help yourself and save your life, go on save your life and do so. The solution is very effective with no side effects as it is nicotine free.
